Join Amboy 4-H Environmental Education Center's educator to learn more about wildflowers blooming in late September through an artistic lens. Come learn how some species got their names and ended up here, along with their traditional uses. Then we will be going for a walk on the trails and pausing at various places to sketch what we see.
This program offers a unique opportunity for people to connect with nature, learn about local wildflowers, and develop an appreciation for plant life in a fun and interactive setting. While space is limited, registration is open to all — residency in Oswego County is not required.
Paper and colored pencils can be supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own special supplies.
We ask you please wear boots that can get wet and or muddy and dress appropriately for the weather.
Only $4.00 per person up to $12.00 per family. Children under the age of three are free.
