Their bees, with a little help, produce holistic honey with all its healthy qualities. This means the final product is, in fact, "raw honey" direct from the bees. Jim has 4 apiaries located west of the Oswego River. Honey is a blend of floral, orchard, and farmland sources. Look for Jim at the farmers markets or call ahead to pick up honey June through December. Small groups welcome! Educational presentations on honey and keeping honeybees. Children's groups are especially welcome!
