Calling all Oswego County Agriculture Producers! CCE Oswego wants to enhance your business!
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County (CCE Oswego) is currently updating the Oswego County Harvest Guide, a comprehensive brochure featuring local farms that produce fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, edible grains, honey & maple syrup, wine & spirits, and floriculture/horticulture. Most of the farm’s sales must be direct-to-consumer to be included in the guide.
Each listing in the Harvest Guide provides essential information about the farm, including farm name, location, hours of operation, a brief description, and (if desired) contact details such as phone number and email address. This provides a wonderful opportunity to increase the visibility of your operation and to drive traffic to your sales locations. Participating vendors will also be listed on our website (from the side bar here: thatscooperativeextension.org/local-foods) to enhance your visibility.
Applications and a check for the listing fee are due Monday, March 16th, at 4:00 p.m.
If you are interested in being listed, please download and complete the application form on the left side bar. Return the completed form to Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County, 3288 Main Street, Mexico, NY 13114 or email it to Jason Stone, Ag Economic Development Specialist, at jgs274@cornell.edu. Checks should be made payable to Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County and delivered to the same address.
There is a $39 listing fee to offset the cost of production.
