Oswego County 4-H Program is kicking off its 2023-2024 4-H year with a knock-your-socks-off fundraiser, Socks! All proceeds from the sale support our local 4-H Program. Help us send a 4-H member on a trip or to purchase trophies and ribbons.

Why 4-H?

The purpose of 4-H is twofold:

  1. To provide youth with fun hands-on educational experiences that will help them develop life skills such as confidence, leadership, cooperation, and responsibility.
  2. To provide interested parents and other adults with the opportunity to grow through working with youth.
