Paid time off is available to all regular full time and part time (20 hours or more) plus some temporary benefits eligible employees (based on length of service):
Holidays: The Association offices close for all major holidays, according to a predetermined schedule and policy (up to 12 days per year). On these days, eligible employees receive compensation, based on their regularly scheduled hours.
Vacation Time: Employees earn vacation time based on number of hours scheduled per week.Eligible employees earn the equivalent of 5 weeks per calendar year and are eligible to use vacation time immediately upon earning.
Sick Leave: Employees earn the equivalent of one day per month, based on scheduled hours per week.Time may be accrued, or saved, up to 200 total working days and can then be used to pay for health insurance costs at retirement from CCE.
Personal Leave: Employees earn personal days equivalent to 3 days per calendar year.New employees earn leave based on the trimester of the year they are hired and can use this leave immediately.
