The Oswego County 4-H Program will be presenting another short-term Sparks Club. A ‘Sparks Club’ is a short, two- to four-session club that introduces youth to the 4-H program and the curriculum developed by 4-H educators. Youth joining a Sparks Club will be enrolled as a 4-H independent member for the 2023-2024 year.
Sparks – Start a Sketchbook (Drawing Series) will focus on the basics of drawing. This four-session club will explore contour drawing, shading, and texture after creating a sketchbook made from recycled items. Bring an empty cereal box to the first session to make your sketchbook.
This series is open to eight youth in third grade and up. Registration closes on Sunday, April 7th. If the youth is not currently enrolled in the Oswego County 4-H Program, an adult must attend the first session on April 9th.
No program fee for enrolled Oswego County 4-H Members. Youth not enrolled in Oswego County 4-H will pay a $15 registration fee.
